Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email once it has been shipped, including your tracking number.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be rerouted.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We take shipping reliability seriously:
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact support@gofestivalstore.com for assistance.
- If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
