Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and labels are attached
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks, undergarments, and customized products cannot be returned.


Refund Options

Once your return is approved and received, you may choose one of the following:

  1. Full Refund — to your original payment method
  2. Store Credit — redeemable on any future order
  3. Replacement — for the same item (if in stock)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email support@gofestivalstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Carefully pack your item(s) and include your RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship your return using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following products are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal or holiday-limited items after the event has passed (e.g., post-Christmas décor returns)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send your order number and photos of the issue to support@gofestivalstore.com, and we’ll offer a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit account.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at sales@gofestivalstore.com or support@gofestivalstore.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us first — we’ll guide you through the process.
